His journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and his time on the popular television show, Forged in Fire, has catapulted him to international acclaim.
Chad Osborne has been a farrier for 28 years. There are four generations of blacksmiths in his family. Chad has enjoyed making weapons since he was a child and made his first sword when he was 10 years old. Shortly after that he made a crossbow that was quickly confiscated by his parents. Chad studied martial arts which led to an interest in Asian weapons.
I’m Dustin Rhodes, I’m a bladesmith, a blacksmith and business owner. I’ve been forging knives and other items for over 30 years. I’ve been featured on National and International television programs such as Forged in Fire S4E2 “Deer Horn Knives” and Master of Arms S1E1 “Flintlock Axe Pistol”. I’ve produced instructional videos, I’m a published author and my work has been featured in national publications. I trace my beginnings to frontier reenactment, and specialize in early American frontier and primitive native weapons.
